Privacy Statement pursuant to Section 13 of Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003:
The following information concerning the handling of your data is provided pursuant to Section 13 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003 (Italian Personal Data Protection Code):
a) The data provided is processed exclusively for institutional purposes to enable users to use the online services provided by the Operator Area Portal. The data provided will be processed by IT means and/or other methods guaranteeing appropriate levels of data protection and ensuring its security and confidentiality, in accordance with Section 33 et seq. of Legislative Decree No 196 of 30 June 2003.
b) You must provide the requested data to access the service.
c) If you do not provide the requested data, you will not be able to use the online services for which a registration and identification are required.
d) The data provided will not be disclosed to public or private parties unless so required by provisions of law or regulation or necessary for performance of institutional tasks.
e) Data subjects can exercise their rights in respect of the processing of their data, as set out in Sections 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003. In particular, data subjects can request the data controller or the data processor to:
- confirm whether or not their personal data is being processed, and provide a copy of said data in readable form;
- provide information on the source of their data, and on the logic and purposes of its processing;
- ensure that any unlawfully processed data is erased, anonymized or blocked, or update, correct or supplement the data.
- The data subject may also object to treatment of the data, on legitimate grounds.
f) The data controller is the Director General of the Department of Tourism, Craft and Trade of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia. The data processors are the Managers in charge of the online services provided on the Portal.
