Communication campaign

The Region of Sardinia has launched a communication campaign in several European countries: the UK, France, Germany and Russia.

This initiative, which falls under the ROP Sardinia ERDF 2007-2013, is designed to promote Sardinia’s image in well-established markets, via the publication of advertising pages in the main nationwide dailies, weeklies and monthlies, as well as through internet communication, via banners and a promotional video published on leading websites of the same countries. The campaign covers the following newspapers and magazines:

In the UK: The Financial Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times Magazine, The Times Magazine, Easyjet’s in-flight magazine ‘Traveller’

In Germany: Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Der Spiegel, Die Zeit

In France: Le Figaro (magazine and daily), Le Point, L’Express, Le Monde, Eurostar Magazine

In Russia: Kommersant Newspaper, Moscovtimes, MF International and Forbes.

As to online advertising, banners have been published on the passengers’ boarding passes and online check-in confirmations of several airlines, including KLM, Easyjet and German Wings.

On 15 May 2013, at 11:00 am, in Olbia, at the premises of the Degree Course in "Tourism Economy and Management" (c/o the airport), the written test of the qualifying examination for Travel and Tourism Agency Technical Manager will be held.
